What's happening?

Start with the problem

Tell us the symptom, not the fix — working out the cause is our job. Each one below says what it usually turns out to be and what it usually costs.

What we fix

Work we do every day

Priced before we start, cleaned up after we finish. If it can't be fixed in one visit, you'll know why and what it costs before we leave.

Emergency Leak Repair

Burst pipes, overflowing tanks, anything actively running. Phone us — we keep one van free for emergencies and aim to be there within 90 minutes across Cheras.

from RM180

Blocked Drains & Toilets

Sinks, floor traps, toilets and outdoor lines cleared by rod or machine auger, with a camera inspection if the same line keeps blocking.

from RM150

Water Heaters

Repair, replacement and new installation for storage and instant heaters. We test the element and thermostat before recommending a new unit.

Why us

The boring things that actually matter

Ask to see the paperwork

Registration and insurance details belong on this page, and any plumber worth hiring will hand the certificates over when you ask on the day. It's a fair thing to ask, and nobody legitimate minds being asked.

Price agreed before we start

You get the number before any work begins, parts included. If we open something up and it's worse than it looked, we stop and re-quote rather than adding it to the bill afterwards.

24 hours means 24 hours

The emergency number rings a person, not a call centre. Overnight and public holiday callouts carry a surcharge, and we tell you what it is on the phone before we set off.

Six months on workmanship

If the same fault comes back within six months, we return at no charge. Parts carry whatever the manufacturer gives, and we'll tell you which is which.

We clean up

Old parts shown to you and taken away, floors wiped, area left as we found it. It sounds like a small thing until you've had a plumber who didn't.

How we quote

The cheapest quote is usually the most expensive job

Anyone can say RM80 down the phone without seeing the problem, then find reasons to add to it once your bathroom floor is open.

We'd rather give you a real number, in writing, before we start — even when it's higher than the one you were hoping for. Same reason we tell people when a repair isn't worth doing.

Customers

What people in Cheras say

“Pipe burst at 11pm on a Sunday. Rang the emergency number expecting a machine and got a person, who talked me through finding the stopcock and was here inside the hour. Charged the surcharge he'd quoted on the phone and nothing else.”
Kamarul A. Taman Segar
“Two other plumbers wanted to hack the bathroom wall to find a leak. Teoh traced it with equipment, found it under the kitchen instead, and fixed it in one afternoon. Saved me a fortune in tiling.”
Grace L. Bandar Tun Razak
“Told me the heater didn't need replacing, just the element — after somebody else had already quoted me for a new unit. Been using them for the shoplot ever since.”

FAQ

Questions we get asked

Do you really answer at 3am?

Yes, for emergencies — anything actively leaking, or an overflowing tank. The number rings Wei Lun's phone, not a call centre. Between 10pm and 7am there's a RM120 surcharge, and we say so on the call before setting off.

What should I do while I wait?

Turn off the main stopcock — usually at the meter by your gate, or under the kitchen sink. If water is near wiring or the DB box, switch the power off too. Then move what you can out of the way. We'll talk you through finding the valve on the phone if you can't see it.

Do you charge just to come and look?

For quotes on planned work, no. For a callout where we diagnose a fault, RM120 within our service area — and that's absorbed into the bill if you go ahead with the repair on the same visit.

Can I buy my own toilet or heater and have you install it?

Yes, and plenty of people do — we charge labour only. The one thing to check before you buy is the rough-in measurement, because a toilet that doesn't match your existing waste position turns a simple job into a much bigger one.

Which areas do you cover?

Cheras, Taman Segar, Bandar Tun Razak, Sungai Besi, Kajang and Balakong. We'll travel further for planned work, but emergency response times are only realistic inside that ring.

Can I see your registration and insurance?

Ask on the day and we'll show you the certificates. Worth doing with any plumber you haven't used before — it's a fair thing to ask, and nobody legitimate minds being asked.
