The plumber your neighbours already call
Teoh Plumbing started in 1998 with one van and Mr Teoh doing everything himself. His son Wei Lun runs the schedule now and there are three vans — but it's still a small firm where the person who quotes your job is the person who turns up to do it.
Most of our work comes from the same few neighbourhoods, which is exactly the incentive you want in a plumber. In an area this size, one bad job costs you ten future ones.

The boring things that actually matter
Ask to see the paperwork
Registration and insurance details belong on this page, and any plumber worth hiring will hand the certificates over when you ask on the day. It's a fair thing to ask, and nobody legitimate minds being asked.
Price agreed before we start
You get the number before any work begins, parts included. If we open something up and it's worse than it looked, we stop and re-quote rather than adding it to the bill afterwards.
24 hours means 24 hours
The emergency number rings a person, not a call centre. Overnight and public holiday callouts carry a surcharge, and we tell you what it is on the phone before we set off.
Six months on workmanship
If the same fault comes back within six months, we return at no charge. Parts carry whatever the manufacturer gives, and we'll tell you which is which.
We clean up
Old parts shown to you and taken away, floors wiped, area left as we found it. It sounds like a small thing until you've had a plumber who didn't.
